Good small hotel, with excellent personnel. Easy, top location in the residential area. Close to highway, easy access.

Came in Belgrade to relax and have fun, this nice budget hotel was lovely base for doing it.

Fairly clean hotel with polite employees at Reception desk. Nothing to complain about considering great prices. Good and perfect location in a shopping mall, easy to get around. And so close to public transportations, and a cafe.

Every time in Belgrade, I choose this place. Everything is really good, the room is well-equipped and brand-new with great bed, minibar plus terrace. The atmosphere of the hotel is family. The location is nice and perfect, 2 miles from Belgrade Fair.

The hotel was spotlessly clean with best staff at Reception desk. The rooms were silent and had an electric kettle and a fridge. I could see city.

The place was quaint and had very polite and welcoming staff at Reception desk, liked the stay. The location turned out to be favourable and perfect, so close to city centre, the suburbs, and many more neighbourhoods. Furthermore, to the restaurant by recommendation of the personnel.

During my stay at this hotel, I was impressed by several aspects. the location was fantastic as there was a grocery store right outside and excellent connections to public transportation. Everything I needed was within easy reach, from restaurants to bus stops and even parks. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was top-notch. They were attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable. Lastly, the breakfast offered at this hotel was simply delicious. There was a wide variety of options available, including bread, eggs, croissants, pastries, cheese. It was a great way to start the day.

The hotel was clean, quiet and functional at a reasonable price. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The workmanship in the rooms left something to be desired - the main light did not work, the hot/cold of the shower was the wrong way around and the shower did not drain well. The non-standard shower settings were a bit useless, but basic functionality was fine. The minibar has non-screw bottle caps but no bottle opener. It was a bit of a pain, but on the other hand I did not request that things be fixed, as I was not spending a lot of time at the hotel. Given how friendly the staff were in general, I don't doubt that these problems could have been solved.

Breakfast was ok.

The hotel is located far from the city center and required a 15-20 min taxi ride (approx. EUR 10). Not very charming location. Several problems pointed out to staff with no response (e.g. safe not working).

Staff were fast and the hotel was modern, it had marvellous location to meet up with drivers to the airport.

Thank you for a pleasant stay. Well-equipped and budget rooms come with good WiFi and key card operated airconditioner to take effect, for example. There is an electric kettle and a refrigerator. Extremely friendly and amazingly friendly staff provides a great service.

Friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcome. The shower in my room worked perfectly and the mini fridge was a convenient addition. The hotel is located close to amenities such as a supermarket and a money exchange office. I had a comfortable stay at Balkan Hotel Garni.

Very comfortable with airport pick up and bring. The hotel room is nice and quite big. The staff is speaking English well and is helpfull.
